Monarch English as a Second Language Program (MESL) offers comprehensive instruction in all four strands of the English language for adult learners whose first language is not English. Our program is designed for newcomers to Canada at any proficiency level, individuals seeking continued education, and those looking to enhance their English skills for professional or academic pursuits.
